Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Foundation Repair SAT ("we", "us") collects through foundationrepairsat.com (the "Site"), how it is used and the choices you have. By using the Site or sending us a request you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Information you send us. When you submit the evaluation form or call, we collect your name, phone number, neighborhood, a description of what the house is doing, your timing, and any message or photos you add. We also record the page you sent the form from, the referring site and campaign parameters (UTM) so we know how you found us.
• Automatically collected information. Standard server logs and any analytics we run collect your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and time on site. We do not use this to identify you personally.
• Cookies. The Site may set essential cookies and analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the Site still works without them.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your request, schedule an evaluation, prepare a written proposal and carry out the work.
• To pass your request to the foundation repair contractor who services your area, who may contact you directly by phone, text or email.
• To keep records required for proposals, permits, engineer's reports, warranties and insurance documentation.
• To improve the Site and measure which pages and campaigns lead to requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email or text messages without your consent.

3. Who we share it with

Your request may be shared with: the foundation repair contractor performing the work and any engineer it engages; the form-handling and hosting providers that process submissions on our behalf; analytics providers; and, where required, insurers, permitting authorities or law enforcement. Each provider is bound to use the data only to provide its service.

4. Text messages and calls

By giving us your phone number you agree that we or the servicing contractor may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

5. Data retention

Request records are kept as long as needed to complete and support the job, satisfy warranty, permit and insurance requirements, and comply with Texas and federal record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to further contact, by emailing info@foundationrepairsat.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some records may be retained where the law requires it.

7. Security

Form submissions travel over HTTPS. Access to request records is limited to people who need it to do the job. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites (for example the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors or the City of San Antonio). Their privacy practices are their own.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top changes when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
