Four things that make the answer better
Foundation movement on clay is a story told over seasons. The more of it you can show, the more honest the read.
Photos with a coin
Every crack inside and out, brick, drywall, slab and stem wall, with a coin for scale and the month you first noticed it.
Where the water goes
Downspouts, low spots that pool after a storm, the big trees near the slab, and any wet area that never dries.
Previous paperwork
Old repair warranties, engineer's letters, the seller's disclosure, plumbing tests. They change the plan and sometimes cover the work.
Foundation type
Slab or crawl space, roughly when the house was built, and whether it is inside San Antonio or in a suburb with its own permit office.
